Rice salad with mushrooms, cheese, rucula and cashew.

The recipe for this salad is an example of it. With ingredients that we can find in the markets during all seasons, we produce a healthy and tasty salad perfect for any occasion. It is the special SOS salad rice, which will give a touch of colour and flavour to our recipe.

Ingredients

  2. 50 g. of Dracula 
  3. 200 g. of feta cheese 
  4. 80 g. cashew 
  5. 200 g. of mushrooms 
  6. 80 g. extra virgin olive oil 
  7. 40 g. vinegar (the one you like best) 
  8. Salt (at the taste of each house) 

Rice salad with mushrooms

The mixture of grains, special salad, will result in a loose and light salad. We use simple ingredients but they go a little beyond classics. We will leave the tomato and lettuce for other preparations and decide for lumpy cheese, dried fruits, arugula and mushrooms, this time raw and fine rolled. 

We may find a combination of ingredients somewhat unusual, but the truth is that mixing is quite a hit in flavour, aromas and colour.

For this, we put all the ingredients in a glass boat with a lid, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and salt. We plug the boat and shake vigorously until we have a well-amalgamated mixture left.
