The main ingredients of the meal
Two salmon fillets in bacon crust

For the salmon in bacon crust
We spice on all sides salmon with salt and sugar and leave it for 15 minutes at least an hour of up to an hour outside the refrigerator so it can be properly marinated and at room temperature.
In a blender, we put all the materials except salmon and bacon and grind very well. We mix the mustard mixture with bacon. We're sharing the crust on the salmon fillets and baking in a warmed oven at 240°C for about 8 to 10 minutes.
